Tinah came to Jamz Trainings exactly 1 year ago. In that time she's lost over 6% body fat, and several inches. Just with in the past 2 months she committed to a focused dedication and reached strength levels she never in her life thought she'd attain. She signed up for a bikini competition and in her very first competition took 1st place. She then followed up with a second comp. Congrats to Tinah! She living proof that when you set your mind to a specific goal, nothing can stop you from reaching it!

When I’m talking about snacks, I don’t mean Planter’s honey roasted peanuts, I’m talking about Carbs + Protein. ·berries + organic whole fat yogurt (plain) ·apple + almond butter ·baked sweet potato + coconut oil (extra tip: bake it the night before) - L
