Q: Do I Have To Be An Athlete to Train or Receive Massage Bodywork?
A:
We all have an athlete inside of us looking to get out & stretch it's legs... I just need you to want to unlock your body to move like it never has before, pain free. 
Q: Do I Have to Purchase a Trainings & Bodywork Combo Package?
A:
The combo packs will give you the most benefit... however if you only want training or if you only want massage work, those options are available. We can discuss what works best for you during your consultation so your completely satisfied with your direction. 
Q: Will A Package Lock Me Into a Long Contract?
A:
Absolutely Not - all packages are month-to-month.
Q: How Many Times Per Week Should I Train?
A:
That can depend on schedule and budget... But remember that each session builds off the last, and the more training sessions you commit to, the faster and longer lasting the results.
Q: What's Involved in a Consultation?
A:
We start with some paper forms reviewing medical and personal history, consent and goals. Then we look at a full body posture & movement analysis. Followed up by goals, expectations and then a sample session. 
Q: What If I Cannot Make My Scheduled Session?
A: Not a problem at all - just text your coach/therapist (me) and we can reschedule you to any available future time (even later that same day). We try to be as flexible & understanding as possible... however if you just forgot, woke up late, or having a bad day, that will most likely end up in a burned session.
Q: How Easy Is It To Reschedule a Session?
A:
 Pretty Easy - again just let your coach, trainer, therapist (me) know. That session can be moved to another time and/or day.
We do have a 24-hour policy to keep you from losing your session. 
Q: What If I Cannot Complete All Of My Session For The Month?
A:
We Have a 24-hour cancellation / reschedule policy and there are plenty of options to move that session within the month. If in the rare occasion you still cannot find a time that works with your coaches schedule, the sessions are renewed the next month, so let's aim to get all of those in. Remember your coach/therapist is always around... we just need You.
