Athletic Performance Programing

An 8 or 12 week package with a combination of Training and recovery BodyWork sessions to maximize mobility, performance and recovery.
Or month-to-month packages with Training & recovery BodyWork setup on recurring schedule.  

These are  special sets of programs for athletes...or for the average person that has an athlete inside looking to get out.
