New Client sessions for therapeutic bodywork are scheduled for 1 hour 30 minutes. This is so we have adequate time to discuss client history, current issues, session expectations, etc.

A Full Body Massage of relaxation that includes a feeling of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Stretches, Range of Motion (ROM), and other mobility focused techniques may be applied. Fascial tissues are loosened and mobilized and oxygen is able to free flow bringing nutrients back in to tissues while allowing toxins to leave the body.
Other benefits:
To decrease stress, stimulate blood flow and lymphatic circulation, increase flexibility and range of joint motion, and accelerated recover from fatigue and injury.
