New Client sessions for therapeutic bodywork are scheduled for 1 hour 30 minutes. This is so we have adequate time to discuss client history, current issues, session expectations, etc.

Clinical BodyWork & Therapy
Involves the therapist's ability to understand and effectively identify and manipulate the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of reducing chronic, excess muscle tensions contributing to the onset of pain and dysfunction.

A Full Body Massage of relaxation that includes a feeling of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Depending on the need your body communicates to the therapist during the session, specific stretches and other mobility focused techniques may be applied.

To decrease stress, stimulate blood flow and lymphatic circulation, increase flexibility and range of joint motion, and accelerated recover from fatigue and injury.

One-on-One Table Stretching:
Assisted hands-on guidance through a series of stretches customized for your specific needs. This process will increase your body's range of motion, alleviate muscle tightness, and release restrictive range of motion through your joints.

However, because of desk jobs in the office or working from home, sitting in the car in traffic, and recovering from a good workout, possible injuries, among other factors - we have become increasingly sedentary. This results in joint stiffness, muscle tightness and restricted ranges of motion.
Our specialist takes a hands-on approach to your personal well-being and quality of life. We want you to feel good, move well and perform at your maximum potential. We'll also educate you on homework you can do to preserve your mobility in between your next scheduled session.
And when our job is complete, we know you'll feel great!
