James Robinson's (or Jamz as he's affectionally called) has been training since 2006. His energetic and joy of life approach is infectious. His joy watching clients achieve their goals, whether it's weight loss, strength gain, athletic performance or just self confidence and trusting your own body.
Jamz moto is that anything is possible as long as you're willing to work for it. His clients rave about the fact that no two workouts are ever the same. His attention to each client’s nutrition and the science behind each exercise he gives are evident in the main thing he cares about: positive results.
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, and even longer being apart of various team sports, James has amassed many different certifications to improve his quality of training. But through all that, he's learned that for a person to attain their goal (in fitness or life in general) it comes down to just a few key things:
1-How badly do you want to change?
2-Are you confident enough to let go of what you think you know? and
3-Do you have a strong support team behind you?
