JAMES ROBINSON - FITNESS CONSULTANT

James Robinson's reputation as a stand out personal trainer has earned him not only a busy schedule, but also sponsorships from both athletic apparel and sports drink companies. His clients rave about the fact that no two workouts are ever the same. His attention to each client’s nutrition and the science behind each exercise he gives are evident in the main thing he cares about: positive results.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, and even longer being apart of various team sports, James has amassed many different certifications to improve his quality of training. But through all that, he's learned that for a person to attain their goal (in fitness or life in general) it comes down to just a few key things:

2-Are you confident enough to let go of what you think you know? and
3-Do you have a strong support team behind you?
